A lesson in sharing

The hardest quality
I’ve found is sharing love
especially when the love
of course is new
you want to spend as much time
as is possible
but of course prior commitments
mean that you
have to hold back
its just part of sharing
and this can be a
painful process for
those who feel intensely
and the need is clearly strong
and it can appear stressful
where its easy to go wrong
love is many things to many people
to care about somebody as we do
especially in the very early stages
when one’s heart is clearly also
pounding too
when just seeing them puts you on cloud 9
clearly
you want to grab them love them
and tell them so
but your held back
by perhaps a child or parent
or friends
and made to wait
and let things flow
but you feel that pain inside you
and its really there
you begin to want to see them
and to phone them
you are falling
head over heels in love and
that can sometimes be
very painful for of course
it is, extraordinary
for people do have lives
they led them
before you came along
and just because of your star sign
or the fact
you are head strong
doesn’t change their life
they have their common bond
to keep, and they feel their honest
urges from the wild souls
who then reap
when you must learn to share
its hard, but it will see you through
for better days
together for you what you must do
enjoy each tiny second
give yourself, and be
loving, always loving
always earnest, and you’ll see
that as you are being lovely
she’ll love you, for sure
but go in like a bull inside a china shop
and, war
will break out, that’s for certain
play it cool my friend
love may blossom slowly
and you’ll get there in the end
and then it will all be worth it
for patience was the key
love can conquer every thing
just try to wait and see
