We are baby goats

We are goats
We are babies
But sadly we are males
Guiltless blameless
Wiggly tails
A state of grace
Suckling we be
Above suspicion
Our purity

Is second to none
at the end of the day
But surplus we hear
What is there, to say
Females produce milk
For humans to drink
For cheese and
for ice creams
Being, on the brink
Of an abyss
Farmers say, we
Are treated as waste
And so here’s the key

We are taken outside
Put into a cart
And some labouring man
Who somewhere lost his heart
Takes a gun
And each one of us
Shoots in the head
And some of us die straight away
Others though
Suffer the pain
Which might even grow
Then we die
That’s the sinning that
Baby goats
go through
Saying farewell to mum
Who stands by
It’s
true

HUMAN beings
Drink milk eat the cheese
That means, we
Cannot drink the milk
god designed and that be
Locked in mums body
She’s milked though and we
Are murdered that’s the dairy
Most of you don’t see

We feel so alive
Want to leap
Want to play
WE look up at the sunshine
That’s there everyday
A price a high price
Shot through the head
And watching our fellow goats
Together yes led

To the great rainbow bridge
Where all animals go
It’s a very big place
As most of us know
So many animals murdered each hour
Throats slit And bleeding
Their faces are Dour
Trillions and trillions
Housed there and we
Will be joining our friends
For an eternity

Baby goats baby cows baby chicks baby sheep we are all innocent souls
