A couple of thoughts for couples contemplating their wedding day

Don’t get caught up
in all this wedding nonsense, or
it will cost a packet
just ask yourselves what for?
the hangers on are hanging on
the parasites of love
they will fill your heads with romance
with pink clouds and a dove
of peace and all that nonsense
but listen, will you try
you can save a fortune
Just forget the middle guy!
drapes of gold and strings of bling
young couples how their hearts may sing
forking out more dough than they
can ever in their life times pay
