They walked the beach at Blackpool
Giving the children rides
Supposedly for twenty years
But alas in their insides
They harboured quite some cruelty
From the owner and her man
And her daughter
Who all lived in Fir Tree Farmhouse
And a ban
On keeping any animals for at least
3 years
Some suspended jail time
And fines
But there were tears
Most from those poor donkeys
And the neighbours who had told
The RSPCA about the beatings
That were dolled
Out on these poor animals
Kicked and punched at will
Even it seems a kung fu kick
So when then the old bill
Turned up with the inspectorate
The lady of the place
Was shocked
Denying everthing
But anyway the case
Went to court and that was that
Two donkeys were put down
Their yard was full of feces and urine
Going to town
On how they had been hurt each one of them
Apparently
All stoic and enduring
Their words seemingly
She was also breeding pomerarian dogs
Three in a state
Blunt force trauma
Stomach kicks
Sadly it seemed a trait
Of taking it out on the animals
With stick and whips and fists
Poor “bethany” and “Floppy”
Somehow catalysts.
