Being alone

A cave dwelling soul seeking
Goddess laments
Looks out at the horizon
Using her sixth sense
Such paean raptures
Under the moon
Across a bounteous sea
Where she feels so in tune

Being alone for some its despair
But for poets who see with their heart
Everywhere
Who receive channelled messages
From victims on high
In cages sweet animals under the sky
Whimpering blubbering each elegy
Noted and answered received caringly
Converted to prose in the annals of time
Weep if you will but forever climb
Out of the ocean to rise higher still
To see in the surf white horses that fill
The shrieks of the woebegone far far away
Being alone is a pleasure today
