Dancing with nanny

Nearly eight million people have watched
Nanny dance
With thousands of shares on face book
A young man seen dancing with his great grandmother
Kissing her its quite a hook
Really to see an expression of caring
Alzeimer’s had taken away
some of the feelings
Apparently but
The dance brought it back
I would say
Its a most poignant glimpse
And it touches the heart
To see this boy with his dear nan
Its touching and tender
And cheerful and happy
As soon as it really began

It claws at the heart strings
And those watching know
How meaningful this is to see
Clearly his nana is loving the dance
The affection is real truthfully

Its the height of good taste
For so many reasons
Gracious and so dignified
And she does look glamorous
Holding his arm which honestly
Can’t be denied

And its so spontaneous really
The charm just exudes from her face
Clearly the idea of dancing with nana
Creates really a special place
In all of our hearts when we watch them
And hope one day we might be seen
As partnered with one of our family
And imagine ourselves as a queen
