Crying for it’s mother

A piglet clearly suffering
Empty sounds, apparently
The Meat Trade cares for nothing
What is a vulgate commentary
It’s never a true picture
A distorted image through and through
An awkwardness personified
A turgid glimpse that drew
Very little protest
From meat eaters for they
Excuse their vile iniquity
As purely a display
Of infirmity and dysfunction
Depression and decline
They fail to feel the agony
And their conduct down the line
Is callous and is selfish
Unfitting and wrong
Injudicious and improper
In this world they don’t belong.
