The Meat Trade and it’s perpetrators

Every piece of flesh

you eat
Once was an animal

and it’s treat
Was to be born

to be tortured
To be beaten and then killed

The halal throttle

it’s blood all spilled
The local butcher

promised much
But believe me folks

they are out of touch

for sure

their knives are just as blunt
