We don’t want to die we love the sunshine on our backs

Laughing and joking flashing their knives
As the frightened are led to the end of their lives
Hearing the fear smelling the pain-the clatter of
doors
Seeing the blood no animal ignores
Made to walk forward knowing that they
Will not see another living warm day
A kiss for a friend never again
