Lantern Pike up in the Peak District

Heather runs and tufted glens
Lantern Pike it kind of sends
Our spirits up into the sky
As walkers of course we wonder why
Blessed with beauty day on day
The sky dips closer come what May
The beholder in us dares to see
That its a delightful place to be.
