Sunlight swept into
Dolgellau tonight
emblazoned with golden rays
really a sight
not just for sore eyes
the sleepier ones
a depiction of each frontage
the sunlight stuns
ones senses, to see such a picturesque view
the fae and the mountains
all of it true
a representation of
picture book scenes
as the darkness draws in
it is then, all the greens
Merge into the background
and hide in the trees
as the shadows emerge
and the great night skies seize
control, of the mountain top
angry perhaps
a fading a shading
and the godliest laps
imaginable.
