A snap shot of a piggery in Australia

This is a world these piglets  endure

their mothers are covered in flies

and what’s more

their squeals say it all

many already dead

squashed

some consumed

By bugs

a great shed

of death

welcomes new life

cockroaches too

a melee of infants

we see now how true

Eating each other

sores growths and more

everywheres dirty

why do they ignore

growers look sickly

dirty as hell

lying in shit

marked up to sell

306 sows died  there, we hear

sustainable practice

hardly, it’s clear

massive great pig farms

places of note

seeing the reality

it all sticks in our throat

Victoria in the land of Oz

eating pork if you saw this most surely

you would think again
