the pigeons are cooing
the sky is a lilac
colour this day
all is quiet it just feel weird
when the great beech
just appeared
April is imminent
Winters still feared
the beast from the East
dumping snow in the country
its coming they are saying
prepare if you can
for snowmen and icy
roads getting dicey
the homeless will suffer.
