Save us we don’t want to die

Escapees seen as warriors
From slaughterhouses they
Had the guts to fight and run
And by so doing say
We are never ready
To have our dear throats cut
Our brains shot with the captive bolt
That’s when some wake up
Realising it’s our last revolt.
