To the imposing home
with beautiful
Domed windows
Where positivity flowed
Francesca met us smiling
Welcoming us to Wales
What a lovely soul she is
Engendering such tales
Of the school house and the mountains
And the seasons and the site
The garden and the various plants
Just everything felt right

Her willingness to help us
My disablement mean’t she
Had to put up with a tortoise
And she did that purposefully
Really very informative
And happy all the time
A truly lovely spirit
Worthy of a rhyme
Nothing was too much trouble
Positive all the way
Helpful caring thoughtful
It was a special day

Up the stairs and everywhere
Welcoming was she
That view from the bedrooms
A vast trajectory
Both houses in their own right
Interesting to see
The mansion at the back
Without a garden was sadly
A little bit upsetting but again
Francesca she
Was positive and friendly
I loved the day, for me

Coming to this glorious town
It’s lovely road and site
The mountains and the gorgeous
High borne vistas
That just ignite
a special kind of longing
For that magical embrace
For the warmth it just felt genuine
And it is. a unique place.
The house was grand in so many ways
The price was very fair
We are looking at another place
I think you are aware
A sadness there is no back garden
That really is a shame
But looking around the area
We felt it’s claim to fame

Thank you for allowing us
To see the homes and we
Are still thinking about it all
The area for me
Is really very special
And Francesca she is too
