Chew and chew for it’s good for uou

What’s on our plate
Or in our bowl
are seasonal plants
That share their soul
Super important
Fabulously so
Just chew and chew
And watch it go

Down in the tummy
Dark and wet
Full of acid
You feel set
On lots of taste
A warming feel
Comfort and warmth
Food that’s real
