Farming in the EU

The farmers are revolting
What we actually see
Is the politicians say a lot
But do little actually
The farmers have the job
Of providing food for Europe they
Are being saddled with taxes with higher costs
They be
Really under pressure
4% of land
should be left not grown on
Who wants to understand
This stupid equation
Not farmers under stress
Markets will not pay the price
Every one pays less

The tractors are now rolling into cities
Into ports
Farmers are belligerent
All of them have thoughts
They work their bloody backs off
Trying to make a buck
But government policies hinder
And no one gives a fcuk

Nitrogen’s emission the greens are on the case
Fertilisers cost a bomb
It’s just a big disgrace
Politicians talk a lot
And say nothing much at all
And farmers they are angry
And are up against a wall

And so of course they are angry
And somethings got to give
Fuel up taxes rising
People cannot live
With all this shut a flying
The EU has to try
And slow down on these new ideas
And now they all know why
