Feelings and Roo’s

You bet they have feelings
In a hot dusty world
Being murdered by shooters
Their sanctity hurled
Feeding their joeys
At night seemingly
Ripped from the outback
And killed tragically
A mother produces milk
Yes for two a joey a pinky
That’s what they do
Thousands of years
They have romped in the earth
Australian victors
Of substantial worth
