Blackpool Tower

Fluttering orange netting
Possibly a bit too much
Christmas beer the betting
Someone was out of touch
Looking up the sunlight
Played havoc with their eyes
It looked like the tower was burning
Somewhat of a surprise
The fire brigade were notified
And turned up for to see
A raging fire but there was no fire
Just orange netting We
Watched it fluttering
In the sunlight
Somewhat frighteningly
Half a dozen tenders
Fireman by the score
Looking up the experts
Asking what were they there for
