A Raven perhaps

A inquisitive eye and talons
clad in his ebony cloak
A beak quite like a scimitar
In the frosts of Winter soak
Up the shafts of sunshine
From out of blue slate sky
Looking around for breakfast
An opportunistic sigh
A dead mouse rather frozen
Nuts and grains who knows
Scraps from around the dustbins
The odd insects I suppose
