Gavage

Gavage in French
Means force fed
A steel tube
Down one’s throat
And a fatty corn ball
Push down hard
Something all should note
Twice a day
The throat gets sore
They are rough these farming types
Creating a vile distressful disease
With these metal pipes
The agony of so much harm
Internally we see
the liver pushed into the lungs
Breathing painfully
This is known as foie gras
Imagine the pain they feel
Geese are sensitive beings
Truly it’s so real

Then their heads are chopped off
The liver eaten by
These nasty so called cheffy people
Really forced to die
In agony having been tortured
By this grubby farmer man
This foodstuff should be banned outright
It’s easy and we can
