Those people wanting to live
Out in the forested climes well they
Feel the need to breathe the wildness
They move closer to the day
When wildness shares their garden
The Deer The Squirrel who
The fox and perhaps the Badger
And many others too
Occupants of houses
Drifters we might say
Who will deck out their garden space
With flowers and so forth, they
Will moan and groan when
Certain plants are eaten tests when they
The urbanites moan loudly
They have a lot to say
They should have stayed in suburbia
With neighbours all close by
Semi’s and the odd bungalows
Concreted drives and why
They moved into the forests
Nature was their thing
Bumpkins wanting freedom
And what the woods might bring
