Mirrors

Wide open eyes
And hairy brows
A massive nose
And one of them flowers
You wear at Armistase
A poppy red
Not much of a neck
But a bloody great head

Those corks on string
Around his hat
To keep the flies away
He sat
By the mirror
Every day
A long white beard
For he loved to play

With his moustache
And his adenoids
