Life is not all it’s cracked up to be

An animal smiles
And ofcourse why not
It’s grass fed the airs good
So much it has got
It isn’t exploited
It’s in sanctuary
The human connection
Kind actually
That makes the difference
Genuinely
Compared to the others
It lives healthily
For most it’s the opposite
Conditions are bed
It’s a meaty machine
It’s whole life so sad
Taken advantage of
Fed terribly
Beaten by the labourers
Yes frightfully.
