X-ray Hillfield Road

A cool July
A rainy squall
the metal steps
I dare not fall
Do it slowly
Sticks and all

Down the ramp
InTo X-Ray
Rows of blue seats
I can say
A lady in her wheelchair sat
And me
Close by
Where I was at

A rainy day
On this rather cool
Tuesday
Wet and windy too
Martin called me
Take it easy
I really now have to

Any zips
Get to grips
With keys or metal
Put it all
On a piece of furniture
Martin brought the stool

Worked the X-ray
Respectfully
Courteous and goodly he
Did it all so cheerfully
Effective radiography
