Wild horses in California

Wilderness and groves of firs
And mountains in the clouds
Thriving roots exchanging feed
Cover crops recovering
from the windswept seed
So much restoration green shoots everywhere
Massive rejuvenation
And really fresh cool air
Herds of horses live together
Their allotted span
Eating what god gave them
And Refusing food from man
