The kill line

The incredulity of hesitation
The willingness to fill one’s mouth with death
We are lovers meeting on the kill line
The heathens with their sharp knives
It’s our breath
Which of us will watch the other bleeding out
floods of tears hysterics and the pain
Hopefully we will meet again in heaven
Our affection really hard to now contain
