The head wound

The fearsome crunch
Bones with hearth
Blood thinners work
Each evil path
From skull to eyes
And onto chest
The ugliness
Just how distressed
I am to see
The purple stain
The shadow black
Each vital vein
Those lumps appear
It hurts to chew
The constancy
Of what they do
