Mannatee

The manatee lives
A gentle sweet soul
On sea grass and loves
To be in control
Under the sea
In his boudoir of hope
But speared by the men
Who think they can cope
Indigenous killings
In this case unfair
Motor boat hunting
Leads 2despair
Selling to wholesale
It’s not bloody fair
