Care and compassion in fence design

Designed with a heartfelt caring soul
Fencing that still will control
But doing so without the hurt
The pain slow deaths like the insane
Fences erected here and there
Causing unnecessary despair
Common sense compassion rules
Not so the fences clearly by fools
