HMF and the honey standard being lowered daily

Reality comes around again
Heat and light and handling strain
Reduces standards all the time
Chemical reactions sadly climb
To negative states of quality
Ruining our future constantly
Cheaper jars are now on sale
But on standards they all blooming fail.
