Plastic oceans

Stopping bags and straws

and paraphanalia

clearly  have been buggering

up the sea

but fishing is the real culprit

and all fish eaters should

Realise they compromise

the planet and its  not good

disposing of unwanted netting, lines

hooks, everywhere

many fish and mammals

are facing the despair

All the  ocean creatures are suffering

like Hell

long lines, hooks and seine nets

its a nightmare that we sell

all this stuff and dump them

in seas and rivers too

even the so called anglers

are a burden  thats my view

and now its bloody covid masks

just thrown every where

floating picked up by sea birds

Wrapped around turtles

No one seems to care

its I am alright sod everything

the creatures of the sea

are being  tied in bloody knots

with the fishing lines for free

the fishing trade are culprits

unwilling to be

responsible and caring

their a hindrance actually

indisposed to even think

of the suffering they cause

they are  obdurate  and mulish

they do not think or  pause

Chuck whatever overboard

thats their one idea

fuck the creature let them suffer

obviously its clear

they themselves are filthy

their acidic blood tells me

they couldn’t care a monkeys

For the  creatures of the sea

and then the fish the crabs the lobsters

over fished and killed

painfully i so object

to the way their blood is spilled

they have feelings

just like us

and dragged out of the sea

and left to bloody suffocate

its wretched actually

we are a bloody irresponsible

A Bunch of  savage creeps

each soul is a miracle

and, each family weeps

at the loss of each of  them

we really have to see

the shit we dump in oceans

and what is sold to you and me

thankfully I am vegan

but so many fail to see

the pesticides the mercury the radiation

dump so much and let the fish

absorb our crap at will

then we go and catch them

and carry on eating them still
