Adverts on YOUTUBE
They get on my wick
Timed to frustrate
Its more like a brick
Through my window of life
When they advertise, they
Piss listeners off
Every hour of the day
When films are dramatic
When singers sing
Thats when the advert
Comes in, it does bring
An ad for some Will writing
Or bankers charm
Or a new kind of tool
You can use to embalm
If you want you can pay
To cut off the ads
And enjoy as they play
What you have chosen
To listen to and
Clearly they realise
But don’t understand
Watching the ad
when your favourite thing
Is ceased while it plays
What it does bring
To the table
If ever you see that ad again
You will think it is negative
And feels like pain
However good it is
In your minds eye
Is ingrained that its wrong
And that is no lie
