Big brown eyes
A solid smile
A forest gazer
And many a mile
He runs
His gait is fast and sure
Wildness and his
Need for more
His comprehension
Its from his core
His choice of food
He loves it raw
A brightness clearly
He can feel
A life and knows
That it is real
His mother she has been his guide
His teacher
On her he’s relied
A guiltlessness
An unfallen state
And he can run
At quite a rate
So his breathings good
He is lithe and strong
In the forest he
Feels he does belong
Its where he’s safe
Its where he knows
And its everywhere
He knows what grows
A righteousness
An integrity
Its his shadow
He can see
The sky the plants
His animal friends
And seraphic thoughts
How he extends
Juicy fruits
And chlorophyl
The falling water
That does spill
Upon him
From a shower or two
He feels that energy
Through and through
Communication
With others he
Is lacking
But in life he be
Responsive
To the outward sounds
Falsely accused
Upon his rounds
Apparently fearful
But actually
Its the innocence
How unworldly
Animals he sees as friends
And within his spirit
Well he tends
Never to taste their flesh
For he
Seeks leaves and fruits
From off the tree
His mother Elija
Loves him so
He fell from Heaven
As we know
Untouched and modest
And loving he
In essence in
his sublimity
A lovely boy
In so many ways
Of course he is different
But like the rays
Of the sun above
A joyous smile
The colours he
And the sounds of the humble Bee
The butterflies
That share his space
All at a similar
Soft quiet pace
Born with Microcephaly but at 21 is a bright young man
In his forest in Gambia
