Councils are now noting
The selfish are about
They believe no one will notice
And the rules they just will flout
With tips shut down
And bins near shops
They will do their thing
Leave their crap just anywhere
All sorts of stuff they bring
To clothes banks
Anything but clothes
Black bags oozing grime
Just slung blooming everywhere
It really is a crime
The world is now on lockdown
With virus everywhere
And the miscreants and degenerates
Share yet more despair
The refuse men
Will have to handle this some time
Overflowing god knows what
Some of it oozing slime
Unhealthy and nefarious
A flagrant breach of care
Attracting rats and horseflies
Every sodding where
Fly tipping especially right now
Needs an emergency law passed through
5 years incarcerated and hard labour
They can do
Make them bloody break bricks
Realise that they
Cannot despoil our neighbourhoods
And then just get away
