Whose entertaining who?

Can you feel my agony
Can you see my pain
We are one big family
The whole world is insane
What is entertainment
Irreversibility
Mulishness and dourness
Unrelenting obstinacy

Look into my eyes tonight
Do I have a choice
Taken from my mother
No one hears my voice
No one sees the tears
I shed
The aches my feet
Now feel
The memories of wildness
No one can reveal

I am just a baby
Pretending to have joy
The wickedness thats shown to me
By those that now employ
Bull hooks chains and stern words
Abuse and shame and more
Angst and such discomfort
Making us feel sore

The deliberateness of slavery
No good intentions here
We are forced to undergo
Sadness which is clear
In pursuit of profit
Abandoning our true
Reason we were put on earth
To do what we should do

Instead we are locked
And driven
To our detriment we be
Ridden by your villians
Who hurt us constantly
Put us through such evil
Its malicious and its wrong
To be beaten behind closed doors
In a place we dont belong

I am just a baby
Wrinkled as you see
And that is because i am crying
Every moment and its me
Nobody can share the pain
They ride me kick me they
Are dirty and they are smelly
More so everyday

My appeal is help us
Let us please be free
Chained up and just beaten
Its not how it should be
We are big its true
But we do feel pain
Those bloody bull hooks cut and tear
Ofcourse we do get angry
When you lot arn’t aware

We do have many ailments
Infections by the score
Our feet ache really terribly
It goes against the law
These mahouts have no hearts really
They make us suffer so
And tourists when they visit
Clearly they dont know
