Warriors

The pen may yet be more powerful
Than the sword of long ago
The courage of one’s convictions
Where chivalry doth grow
Audacity and tenacity
Unflinching in the field
Where cautiousness and wariness
And heedfulness may build

A guardedness and reticence
A prudence and safeguard
Tentative and responsible
Frugal however hard
To have that state of wonder
And astonishment galore
The thesaurus, the rhymer
The thoughts packed with such awe
Ofcouse alliteration antagonistically
Admirable and affective
Attacking angrily.

An uprightness and a goodness
A sense of honour for
The under dogs the underlings
Our conscientious more
Our sense of responsibility
And impartiality
Principled and scrupulous
And pure-minded constantly

A vegan and a rawist
An abstainer through and through
A poet and a speaker
Whose abstinence is true
Who takes no drug to speak of
But whose magick is on cue
Wonder working wizardry
And druidic maybe too
