Our legacy -we were the fracking generation

An invasion
Is now happening
The fracking clan are here
Gas and oil are after
Our blood and it is clear

When the coppers and the government
Actually get their way
Life as we know in England
We all will be made to pay

Negative the equity
Its coming
just you watch this space
By the time the fracking corporations
Win
the human race

Allows this shit to happen
You all best realise
Then the gas wells and the roads they need
will herald our demise

Our water lost forever
The air polluted by
The methane and the ethylene
And The benzene Its no lie
The earthquakes yes them too
We will choke hard on our blood
For what we failed to do

Your children will be living
With this legacy
Their parents let it happen
This they know
What a bunch of losers
We were the refusers
We believed the bastards
And the flow

Of chemicals they just leached
Really everywhere
Cancers reproductive disorders, they
We wouldnt move our arses
To swell those brave protectors
And now our children face
Their judgement day

The coppers they are suffering
Yes their families
Their water
And their air
Their land
Their waste
The tory arse oles
Tricked them into fighting
Us
Common purpose it gave them
The taste

The lies they promulgated
we somehow lost our head
Its our kids that are going to
suffer
actually we led
Them up the proverbial garden path
Promised them them the earth
Our parents got to grips with war
they realised their worth

But we just let the enemy
Invade our precious land
Their bombs were drills
Our blood it spills
We couldnt understand
Brainwashed by the tories
Henchmen on the line
And all those fluorescent coppers
Who imagined they were fine

Well now our green and pleasant land
Is tragically no more
The Welsh the Scots the Irish
All banned it thats for sure
Only the stupid English
Allowed their land to be
Torn up and lost forever
In negative equity
