The faroes and farmed salmon

Shipping farmed salmon to China
And talking up the need to kill whales
The grind its whose mind, needs looking into
Tradition and culture I find
There are real shallow excuses
Whales live on squid mostly they
Dont eat the fish that you export abroad
So why are you slaughtering them, their reward

Driven in shockingly stressed beyond life
Whole family trees cut to pieces the knife
You use its traditional
And in that flood
Of sinew and souls
Some drown in their blood

Of theirs and their mothers
Well thats just beyond
Evil, its villainy
How to respond?

And in front of your children
This awful abuse
Unjustifiable
And clearly obtuse.
