Born in the summer so I see
A lover of horses when running free
As for the jockeys and hunter folk
Their livers they generally like to soak
Who whip and kick the friendly horse
And generally just like to force
An animal really to win a race
Which like you I think is a disgrace
Dressage and jumping it is all wrong
But you dear Thelma you belong
To fighting their battles
A warrior you
Happy yule and all year through
From rex thanks for all you do
We love you x
