The love of ones life

The love of one’s life
An extraordinary gift
That reaches ones heart
An eternal lift
It’s absolute music
Of ice caps and snow
Of the beautiful ocean
and the wave songs that flow

Arturo loved her she was everything he
Couldn’t have in his life
The freedom to be
Under the ice bergs
where the sockeye did play
delivering freshness
Most every day

When she died he was mortified
Lost for to be
With her just to be with her
Really to see
The beautiful manner and the way that she swam
He really adored her and told me I am

Right now to tell you all
Why he did die
He had dreamed of her often
Really that was why
She had told him
The seascape was bluer than blue
And the ice and glaciers
It was all coming true

She said she was waiting
She wanted to see
And she knew in that hell hole
He did not want to be
She told him to lay down and
Dream for a start
Look up in the sky and open his heart

Which is what he did
And his spirit did fly
Like a great albatross
So very high
Over the glaciers over the sea
To meet up with her
Where he wanted to be

MEndoza were keeping him
In that sick place
A poor concrete cell
And his sad little face
Was evident how much he missed
His sweet friend
And he knew on that day
That it all had to end

We are happy for him
Reunited with her
Losing the love of ones life
It can stir
The heartstrings to symphonies
Beautiful songs
ARturo is back where Arturo belongs
