Fae dancing

Dragon flies dart in a misty old forest
The glint of the aquamarine so clear
Revelling in wanton play
Sunlit diadems year on year
The faery peoples snowdrop eyes
Blissful sylph like moon shine size
Hidden in The brownie corn
Awakening the coming Dawn

Mythical magical musical memories
Glide over everywhere moving us all
The cats and the dogs and the little green frogs
The squiggly snakes for all of our sakes
Hearing the melodies hearing their call
We leap as if fireflies caught in a light beam
Jump through the juniper ivy and rue
Pat on the berry drums whistle the grass reeds
Thats fae dancing for all of you

Run with the rabbits trot with the foxes
Bounce with the badgers squirm with the worms
Watch out for the horny hands of stag beetles
Meeting with them is like coming to terms
With a dandelion dragon and snow crested unicorn
Mythical dream states dancing away
Jump through the hoop of the hollyhock candles
Its known as the dance the dance of the FAE
