Taiji and all the murdering of animals for food

I read the piece and of course when one relates it
to one’s own
it packs a punch that floors us all
but really what is shown
up to me is we realise
all earthlings really need
compassion from each other
if this planet can succeed

yes its very graphic
it cuts into our core
imagining our loved ones slashed and bleeding
its like war
we don’t want to ever witness that
but for some we turn away
think of all the Turkeys
why do they have to pay?

think of all the little lambs
dancing in the field
think of all the pigs and goats
and calves their deaths
concealed
here we murder behind closed doors
at the abattoir
half the population doesn’t even know
how far

we go to torture and now kill them
kosher and halal
we don’t stun them either
killed beside their pal
some see their mothers murdered
but we just turn away
and when we see it somewhere else
like in Taiji,then we say

we go to town on them we do
and, yes, rightly so
because they do it in the open
they do it and they show
you what it is they are doing
its not behind closed doors
both places are awful
but of course the cause

is the number wanting to eat meat
as rare as rare can be
filling themselves with kilos of worms
which fewer still can see
but its happening and we know it
and we have to admit this too
not imagine its just Japan
we are doing it, who

is not now torturing animals
who is not now killing them and
who is not now wearing their leather
and we all should understand
but we choose to look the other way
attack attack attack attack
but until we admit that we are doing it too
and we all should get some flack

the jJp’s wont stop why should they
of course they dont deny
what they do they do it
its us that does apply
false standards if you want to know
what we ought to do
is demonstrate by being vegan
and helping others too

be vegan or be caring or be compassionate
for we
are just as bloody bad in fact
as the killings in the sea

who is also sick right through

their poor Kangaroo
and all those sad live exports
yes thats what they do
and South Korea and Laos
and Cambodia and they
are killing cats and dogs of course
and making others pay

the UK is killing masses
chickens get the chop
and every other animal
their cries just do not stop
and America oh goodness me
they are worse than bad
and Namibia again look at them
they are really sad

everywhere is at it
everywhere so please
lets go global not single out
lets now real seize
the metal and go forward
lets save the earthlings who
we are just part of as well
