The arrogance of corporates
is well documented they
are entities where morality
is reworked and thus their way
forward is bound up in profit margins
for the cause
its all about accruing wealth
and in that they never pause
its the very bones
that hold them up
its their skeleton in fact
and dabbling with creation
shows us they react
not in the same way as we do
they are so removed from where
most of us are coming from
they apparently don’t care
so with this in mind
remember
ocean creatures are
amazingly resilient
they have to be they are far
more so than we humans
for they live in a vast place
the oceans all connected
and enjoy freedom and space
so to steal them from that environment
and transfer them to a tank
is really adding debits
to their own great karma bank
these creatures were created
not to swim in their own soup
not to balance trainers on their snouts
or leap a flaming hoop
they are greater in experience
than the corporate point of view
that only deals with money
and will always try to screw
every last cent out of
any deal that’s made
which isn’t that conducive
to their present stock in trade
live souls like the great Orca’s
and the Dolphins need the sea
transferring them to concrete tanks
however deep they be
can never ever replace the ocean
its purely arrogance
to ever suggest the opposite
and so in the defence
of the creature’s we must understand
how remarkable they are
how they undergo this stress
however it does scar
it hurts them it creates in them
a miasma it must do
and this builds in them
until finally with their feelings so askew
they give up they just fade away
their constancy is gone
everything they needed really where they shone
was back in the deep ocean
and that of course was gone
their mortal thread was broken
they just could not go on
and the corporates found
many have died
many have passed away
have given up the lust for life
and with their life did pay
and the corporate is sad of course
its a piece of stock thats lost
its life was their investment
and of course now it has cost
but the more I see and listen
the more I realise
that the corporation doesn’t
think about the souls demise
in the same way that the activist
or the animal lover does
its all about the balance sheet
and how they get a buzz
35 Orca’s have given up
and Dolphins many more
they just decided no more breaths
I mean to say what for
why go on breathing filthy
unclean soup in a small tank
no plants no nothing to stimulate
where everything is rank
so why would Sea World want a float
a carnival float at that
well they want to promote their image
and that is where they are at
its marketing, its profit its
the balance sheet its what
the corporate is all about
that how they got where they have got
and now they are a ruling class
as powerful as can be
they control the governments
you only have to see
who pays the fucking piper
its not us that’s for sure
the corporate class are out there
making profit from the war
Sea World is into the business
of entertainment and they are
in the world of marketing and their profits
well they star
they need to have a presence
in the 34th Street parade
whether we think that morals or not
the foundation stone is laid
of course we are now looking
at the animals we share
their freedom to go where they please
if creation put them there
who are we to take them who are we to try
and profit from their intelligence
and force them just to die
of course its wrong of course its bad
the voiceless get no say
the activists are the terrorists
the caring classes pay
this is the world we are living in
is it life as it was before
do we have the same freedoms
or do we fear the war
the aggression the procession
the obsession just to be
successful in the world of banks
and commerce where we see
power that turns the heads of those
who are so removed from life
but who meddle with the fabric
and cause us all such strife
whether its right
or whether its wrong
the corporates will choose
the path they are on the chosen few
they bring us the news
morally of course its wrong
but karma’s on the case
and though we are now powerless
the wider human race
may suffer for its nonchalance
may suffer terribly
but when all is said and done
friends
they belong in the sea
discovering the deepening depths
that’s is the place where they
should be they should never leave the sea
and it will be the case some day
