The ultimate in bad experiences ( a steak seasoning)

I can’t believe the arrogance
the insensitivity
of a so called steak improver
a seasoning for me
that’s me a bull called Doug
they’ve dug their own grave
if you ask me
to leave a message on the pot
its just a travesty
first I never wanted to die
no not at all
I love my life
despite the strife
death he came to call
and I suffered really badly
the pain was so intense
and now they write this message
which clearly makes no sense

its carnivores entertainment
that the dead cow wants that you
buy a particular seasoning
and you just continue
to get the greatest flavour
out of my dead butt
as you chew on my tired muscles
you must think that I’m some mutt

its marketing disparagingly
its a comical remark
the sort of thing that carnivores
might just say for a lark
but to me a bull I was proud to be
a bull until that day
when they slaughtered me in earnest
and took my life away

they took my very being
and all seeing I was gone
and now they want
mimic and sell another con
of course no one will ever think
that Doug said this I know
but the thought that someone
writes this up
is sickeningly low

it shows where some human beings
have now gone to
and are prepared to go to
for some sales
and that is why I am prepared to share
my views on this
from the great big stable in the sky
and so if all else fails
and as you chew upon my butt
one question
and that is tell me honestly now WHY?
would anybody buy this product anyway
knowing there’s no Doug and its all a lie
