The Fifth Estate
could never offer truth
now how could they
have got it right
it wouldn’t have served
the powers to be, to say
that Julian Assange was right
when to say he’s wrong does play
but they say that he is wrong
a bit like Snowdon those
men of courage tell it like it is
when freedom blows
its horn and those now fast asleep begin to stir
when justice opens up its heart
and some just some concur
Hollywood and celluloid
tell tales and change the course
of History
as the future comes,yes comes at us in force
clearly they are vindictive
a tormented point of view
Julian Assange has kind of lost
and now they need to screw
his future on a plank
and cast him out to sea
so sharks are all around him
and his thoughts just cannot be
allowed
I stand with him I think
for lies and subterfuge
are spilling out of their sick mouths
in a terrible deluge
of lies and propaganda
we’ve seen it all before
a character assassination
that I shall ignore
