Seals slaughtered in Canada

Coats and Cuffs and Collars
and those seals have to die
less than 3 months old they are
Hear those babies cry
terrible haunting screams they make
that melt the earnest heart
and of course the soul
they still are nursing pups
you know
thats their little role

nothing is more helpless
as Canadians must know
what happens to these infants
out on the ice flow
they are beaten 4 or 5 times
with cudgels by the trolls
Canadians who are dead from the neck up
who lost their souls

after the first baby they
smashed to kingdom come
they look up and the cry aloud
that cry will make you numb
but not the Canadian Government
they take some of the cream
Canada is a sick place
its a horrific dream

the pools of guts and blood
are often frequented by the seals
who actually were not finished off
in a series of vile squeals
they slowly die out in that frantic
wind and now as they do
one wonders what the government
thinks, for very very few

others all around the world have any respect
at all
for the government of Canada
who allow this for it does appal
any thinking caring loving person
and we know
until this bloody massacre stops
none of us will go
