Exporting living animals
from Australia
across to Israel
shipped all that way by sea
is a heartless operation
and for Farmers to relinquish
their responsibilities
it seems to me
they are really thoughtless
to allow this
its frighteningly obvious
to me
that these poor souls are suffering
in truth
it really is no place to ever be
whatever Tony Abbot says
he clearly
hasn’t got a clue how bad things are
he makes his tasteless statements
and so dearly
I like to ship him with them
yes that far
just see how much they hurt
and in the slaughterhouse
let him witness the unkindness thats shown
these are Australian animals
and Australians should bloody care
not leave them in the hands of untrained
low life over there
by the time they get to Israel many cannot walk
they are prodded with electric prods
their cries of such despair
go right through your body
you feel them in your soul
these workers are just cruel to them
this is their control
subjecting them to torture
when already they are in pain
throats slashed and still conscious
nobody does train
these operatives its crucial
but they are clearly lost
agonising treatment
and this alas the cost
of Abbot and his government
who couldn’t care a less
these animals are subjected
to vast amounts of stress
to awful treatment
and to torture and to egregious pain
Australia is a cruel place
and I won’t go there again
