The Dairy Farmer

The Dairy Farmer
is a spiteful devil
he really doesn’t ever think
things through
he must see that the calf
wants his nutrition
and the mother is
wanting to supply it too

but letting the baby
have the milk designed for it
will bleed his profits
and that will not do
so the calf is killed
its blood is spilled
accordingly
so humans
can have the milk
that’s good and true

they always moan that they don’t get
what it cost them
but it cost the calf the most
that poor soul’s dead
the mother lost her baby
he was kidnapped
his sacrifice
was kind of dairy led

so you can have your cheese
on toast tomorrow
that babies stomach
was ripped out, and they
extracted all the rennin
used as coagulation
another great by product
which helps pay

the farmer for his trouble
and his margin
the other spiteful process
that they use
is the spiked nose ring
and that does bring
tears of course
for it does abuse

the calf has it inserted in his nostrils
and when he goes to sup
he cannot reach
the udders as he shudders
to create a milky flow
all he succeeds in doing
is frustrating himself so

the spikes too they can injure
the cows udders
therefore it maybe that
his mother will
give him such a kick back
as the spikes damage her body
so once again the poor soul’s
blood does spill

The Dairy Farmer is a spiteful devil
a killer if we realise now why
for the milk he wants to sell
into the market
he puts the little baby through
such hell

and finally he kills it
off to pet food
or veal if its a female
a young slave
chained inside a little crate
this to be an awful fate
then murdered oh! the farmer
he’s so brave

he’s probably got a wife
and a nice young family
un yet he really is a murdering man
a pillar of the community
a star of the farmers market
the little corpses his customers
don’t see

their cries their look of terror
no one sees them
packed off to the rainbow bridge alone
shot down in cold blood
no one hears the thud
and nobody was there to hear them moan
