Lolita the Orca the poor woeful soul

Lolita they
called her
she’s given the name
of a women
not only has she
to live stolen
out of her natural
environment
and thrust into
captivity

and a name
she is truly
a wild ocean mammal
a killer whale
she was so free

a soul with a purpose
plucked out of the ocean
where her family and love were
and all that devotion

she’s now in some tank
with nothing to do
no one to see, perhaps
her life through

she’s missing her family
missing her life
and suffering loads
of incredible strife

and what do we do
we profit
we make
for our sins
we take a big share
of her cake

Lolita
the poor frantic soul
in the tank
owner by her prison guards
filling their bank

on the back of
her sorrow
her sadness, her woe
and this folks is why
I now don’t want to know

about, the people
who are so damned
cold
yes as ice
they have made Lolita
their own sacrifice

and there she will sit
till she so decides
to die and when deep
in the water she hides
